1. General Provisions

Nonstop Motors provides professional car export services from South Korea. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We guarantee transparency of the process, quality vehicle preparation, and full support from search to delivery.

2. Nonstop Motors Services

Our services include:

Search and selection of vehicles at Korean auctions
Technical condition and document verification
Bidding at auctions on your behalf
Pre-sale vehicle preparation
Export document processing
Delivery arrangement to your region
24/7 consulting support

3. Obligations of the Parties

Nonstop Motors Obligations:

Providing accurate vehicle information
Meeting delivery deadlines
Quality pre-sale preparation
Full documentation support

Client Obligations:

Timely payment as per the agreement
Providing required documents
Compliance with customs legislation

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Korean Won (KRW) and US Dollars (USD). The final cost includes the vehicle price, auction commission, our service fees, and logistics.

Payment is made in stages: an advance payment for auction participation, additional payment after the vehicle purchase, and final settlement before shipping.

5. Liability

Nonstop Motors is responsible for the quality of services provided under the signed agreement. We are not liable for:

Changes in customs and currency legislation
Force majeure circumstances
Hidden defects not identified during inspection
Actions of third parties

6. Warranties and Refunds

We provide a warranty on the quality of our services. Refunds are possible only in cases provided for by the agreement and applicable legislation.

All disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if an agreement cannot be reached, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
